Mutation (Nomination), Submission and Submission Meridition Regulations:

Application for mutation will be submitted to the Deputy Commissioner through Assistant Commissioner (Land).

A. To submit the following documents with mutation application:

1 In case of purchase / donation: Headman's report of the proposed mouza, loan-free certificates of agricultural bank, receipt of land for Haldan submission, certified copy of the land of the proposed land, permanent resident certificate (if applicable).
2 In case of death, the certificate of heirs issued by the deputy commissioner, headman's report of the adjacent mouza, loan-free certificates of agricultural bank, receipt of land of Haldon and certified copies of the land of the proposed land.

B. The cost of mutation

      1. Court fee of Tk. 2.00 in application.

How long will the mutation process be completed?
2. If there is no dispute about ownership, if no one is sent to the Deputy Commissioner for final approval within 45 (forty-five) days from the date of receipt of the application, and if any additional charges are mentioned, the Assistant Commissioner (Land) / Upazila Nirbahi Officer / Revenue deputy collector / additional Contact the Deputy Commissioner (Revenue) / or the Deputy Commissioner
